MLA Helped One Developer Shift Project to Another At Last Minute

What do you do when you would like to pass on a large project that only a few developers can take over? You call Maryland Land Advisors, of course. We were proud to represent one of Maryland’s largest apartment owners when they decided not to build a 15-building, 192-unit apartment community in Aberdeen. Within eight months of marketing this community, we had it sold to a competing apartment developer/operator who built the community that today serves the military base in Aberdeen as well as residents who work across three counties.
