A developer had a 20-lot subdivision that had extraordinary development costs caused by substantial rock formations located across that site. After the site developer numbers came in, we were called to sell the property since developing this property as a residential community could not be justified during the Great Recession. We sold the land to an adjacent church, who transformed it into their parking lot.
