We represented a family that purchased 5-acres in College Park, Maryland home to the University of Maryland many years ago as an investment.  Unable to find a buyer capable of settling on their property during the Great Recession, their attorney hired us to market the property to the regional development community.  Within nine months, the property was sold to an area developer who transformed the wooded site in the college town into a well located townhome community built by Lennar Homes.
