KLNB Land under the direction of Stephen J. Ferrandi was awarded the disposition of phase one of Blue Stream, a 1400 unit master planned community in Elkridge, Howard County Maryland. The disposition of 125 townhome lots in this community is expected to be well received by national homebuilders.
