Owner’s Limited Zoning, Firm’s Desire to Create Seniors’ Housing a Perfect Fit
An out-of-state investor hired Maryland Land Advisors to maximize the value of his property which had a zoning restriction limiting development to seniors-only housing. Lead broker Stephen Ferrandi and his team worked hard to find and recruit an investment-development firm. Stephen brought the two parties together, and as the economy changed, we were able to pivot and create 75 luxury seniors’ condominiums, which were sold through within months.
